Hello All,

a) I had phoned the National Anti-Poverty Program (789-0096) and left a message about trying to find Ron Kalistine (sic) about the computers. The phone message was passed on and the response is attached. Note that the emails referred to are those on the web page, and the third is pertinent here.

b) I have phoned to try and talk to Yolande Cremer but have been defeated by the neverending music since I don't know Ms Cremer's extension.

c) Neil Russell remains incommunicado, which is sad because I was invited by him to develop the programme. The fact that I cannot find the source documentation or any decision maker is making me wonder if it actually exists. If it does not, it clearly should, but I really would like to know the origin of the funding that I heard from Mr Russell.

supposed to be available for this. Also he mentioned that there is some email
