I phoned and left a possibly garbled message this afternoon.
Following some thought, I decided to email you with a couple of questions.
Firstly, can you refer me to a url of the Request for Proposal?
I really do wish that Neil Russell had advised me of its existence, assuming it is the correct reference.
Secondly, has it been allotted or is there still an unfilled need?

realized that the Life Assistance Program is "pre employment" training.The Employment and Financial Assistance Branch of the People Services
Department of the City of Ottawa initiated a Request For Proposal (RFP)
process earlier this year and my understanding is that the time frame for
